Grade Level(s): Preschool – Post High School students with significant cognitive disabilities
This series consists of four virtual sessions for teachers who have attended a week-long literacy academy. The purpose of the series is to support teachers in implementing strategies, interventions and assessments that will advance literacy in their classrooms. Participants will have the opportunity to connect by webinar with Dr. Karen Erickson each session to discuss their progress and address concerns they may be having. The Four Blocks framework will be the foundation of the series. Content is appropriate for teachers of students with IEPs taking MI Alternate Assessment.
