The Art of Teaching Argument Writing (Grades 6-12) Cohort III, Day 2 of 3

This workshop for teachers of ELA, science, and social studies (grades 6-12) will address the key concepts and moves of argument and provide ready to use strategies and exercises to strengthen students’ argument thinking and writing.  We will also examine the most effective ways to assess students’ arguments.  Sessions will include content-specific breakouts.

This two day, one evening series will be offered twice across the year—once in fall and once in winter.
